Pets allowed with additional fees ad restrictions.

Pet fees and restriction are as follows:
• $300 Pet Deposit (1/2 of which is refundable at move out pending damages)
• $25 Monthly Pet Rent (per pet)
• 2 Pet Maximum
• Pets cannot exceed 40 lbs. at full growth (If pet is a breed that is known to exceed 40 lbs. at full growth it will not be allowed).
• Pet(s) must be spayed/neutered
• Pest must be up to date on all immunizations
• Veterinarian documentation in required.
